The aim of this course is to enhance the competency and confidence of both new and existing sports coaches.Throughout the course, learners will:- Examine the structure of an effective training session- Learn how to sequence targeted goals within a session for maximum impact- Understand how to periodise a training programme across a sports seasonThis knowledge will equip coaches with the skills to plan, deliver, and adapt sessions that support long-term athletic development in young athletes.
